Nous recherchons un gestionnaire de communaut\xc3\xa9 pour soutenir et guider une \xc3\xa9quipe de professionnels de la gestion de propri\xc3\xa9t\xc3\xa9s r\xc3\xa9sidentielles multiples. Les principales responsabilit\xc3\xa9s r\xc3\xa9currentes comprennent la gestion des op\xc3\xa9rations quotidiennes, la fourniture d\'un service client\xc3\xa8le de haut niveau, une vari\xc3\xa9t\xc3\xa9 de t\xc3\xa2ches administratives, le contr\xc3\xb4le des d\xc3\xa9penses et du budget, la gestion du personnel, la location d\'unit\xc3\xa9s et l\'entretien des b\xc3\xa2timents et des propri\xc3\xa9t\xc3\xa9s. RESPONSABILIT\xc3\x89S: Service Clients:

    • Traiter avec professionnalisme et courtoisie toutes les demandes, commentaires, plaintes ou pr\xc3\xa9occupations
    • Maintenir une concentration globale sur l\'am\xc3\xa9lioration de l\'exp\xc3\xa9rience client
    • Assurer des mesures de communication ouvertes et efficaces pour les r\xc3\xa9sidents et le personnel du site
    • Liaison entre les besoins en personnel du site et les autres d\xc3\xa9partements du si\xc3\xa8ge social
Gestion:
    • \xc3\x8atre responsable et assurer la supervision des activit\xc3\xa9s des fournisseurs de services et des entrepreneurs.
    • Veiller \xc3\xa0 ce que tous les registres, inspections, certificats et permis appropri\xc3\xa9s soient \xc3\xa0 jour.
    • Organiser des r\xc3\xa9unions d\'\xc3\xa9quipe hebdomadaires en collaboration avec le gestionnaire immobilier.
    • Veiller au respect de l\'ensemble de la l\xc3\xa9gislation
    • Assurer une orientation et une formation compl\xc3\xa8tes du personnel nouveau et existant conform\xc3\xa9ment aux politiques et proc\xc3\xa9dures \xc3\xa9tablies.
Maintenance:
    • S\'assurer que les r\xc3\xa9parations d\'entretien sont effectu\xc3\xa9es en temps opportun pour assurer la satisfaction et la s\xc3\xa9curit\xc3\xa9 des r\xc3\xa9sidents (dans les 24 \xc3\xa0 48 heures)
    • Coordonner les t\xc3\xa2ches et responsabilit\xc3\xa9s de fin de mois, y compris la pr\xc3\xa9-inspection des suites et la programmation des entrepreneurs et du personnel pour la rotation des suites.
    • S\'assurer que la communication efficace avec les r\xc3\xa9sidents est conforme aux attentes du TAL
    • Effectuer les inspections des suites \xc3\xa0 l\'arriv\xc3\xa9e et au d\xc3\xa9part et les documenter comme il se doit.
    • Effectuer et documenter des inspections mensuelles du site et des logements vacants, assurer un suivi r\xc3\xa9gulier pour veiller \xc3\xa0 ce que tous les points d\xc3\xa9fectueux identifi\xc3\xa9s soient r\xc3\xa9gl\xc3\xa9s en temps utile.
    • Examiner et \xc3\xa9valuer les r\xc3\xa9parations importantes pour s\'assurer qu\'elles correspondent aux d\xc3\xa9penses budg\xc3\xa9taires et op\xc3\xa9rationnelles.
    • G\xc3\xa9rer les fournisseurs et veiller \xc3\xa0 ce que les r\xc3\xa9parations confi\xc3\xa9es aux entrepreneurs soient effectu\xc3\xa9es conform\xc3\xa9ment aux attentes.
Administration et rapports:
    • Effectuer le recouvrement des loyers, en s\'effor\xc3\xa7ant de ne pas avoir d\'arri\xc3\xa9r\xc3\xa9s chaque mois.
    • Travailler avec le gestionnaire immobilier pour soumettre les dossiers des locataires \xc3\xa0 la TAL lorsque cela est n\xc3\xa9cessaire.
    • D\xc3\xa9livrer les renouvellements de loyer aux r\xc3\xa9sidents
    • Traiter toutes les factures
    • \xc3\x89mettre les bons de commande et g\xc3\xa9rer les r\xc3\xa9gularisations et le traitement des factures afin de garantir l\'exactitude des exigences budg\xc3\xa9taires et des \xc3\xa9tats financiers.
    • remplir tout rapport conforme aux exigences du contrat de gestion immobili\xc3\xa8re

QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Vous avez plus de 3 ans d\'exp\xc3\xa9rience dans un r\xc3\xb4le de supervision, id\xc3\xa9alement dans le domaine de la gestion immobili\xc3\xa8re.
    • Une exp\xc3\xa9rience dans le domaine de la gestion immobili\xc3\xa8re ou de l\'immobilier est un atout.
    • Vous devez poss\xc3\xa9der un permis de conduire valide et une preuve d\'assurance.
    • Connaissance interm\xc3\xa9diaire de Yardi et de MS Office
    • La compr\xc3\xa9hension de la l\xc3\xa9gislation TAL est un atout
    • Le candidat doit faire preuve d\'initiative, de flexibilit\xc3\xa9 et de professionnalisme.
    • Conna\xc3\xaetre les pratiques en mati\xc3\xa8re de sant\xc3\xa9 et de s\xc3\xa9curit\xc3\xa9
    • Disponible pour travailler selon un horaire flexible (sur appel pour les urgences)

We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for a Community Manager to support and guide a team of multi-residential property management professionals. Major recurring responsibilities include managing daily operations, delivering high level of customer service, a variety of administrative duties, expense and budget controls, people management, unit leasing, and building and property maintenance. RESPONSIBILITIES: Customer Service:
    • Professionally and courteously handle all inquiries, feedback, complaints or concerns
    • Maintain an overall focus on enhancing the customer experience
    • Ensure open and effective communication measures for residents and site staff
    • Liaison between site staff needs and other departments at Head Office
Management:
    • Be responsible and accountable for the supervision and activities of all site staff, service providers and contractors
    • Ensure all appropriate logs, inspections, certificates, permits are up-to-date
    • Host weekly team meetings in conjunction with the Property Manager
    • Ensure compliance with all legislation
    • Complete thorough orientation and training of new and existing staff according to established policies and procedures
Maintenance:
    • Ensure maintenance repairs are completed on a timely basis to ensure resident satisfaction and safety (within 24 \xe2\x80\x93 48 hours)
    • Coordinate month-end duties and responsibilities, including suite pre-inspection, and scheduling of contractors and staff for turnover of suites.
    • Ensure effective communication with residents is consistent with expectations of the TAL
    • Complete incoming and outgoing suite inspections and document as required
    • Perform and document monthly site and vacant suite inspections, routinely follow-up to ensure all deficient items identified are addresses in a timely manner
    • Review and evaluate major repairs to ensure they meet budgetary and operational expenses
    • Manage vendors and ensure repairs issued to contractors are completed as per expectations.
Administration and Reporting:
    • Complete rent collection, striving for zero arrears each month
    • Work with Property Manager to submit tenant files to the TAL when needed.
    • Issue rent renewals to residents
    • Process all invoices
    • Issue purchase orders and manage accruals and invoice processing to ensure budgetary requirements and financial statements are accurate.
    • Complete any reporting consistent with requirements of the property management contract
    • Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
    • 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role ideally within property management
    • Property Management/Real Estate experience an asset
    • Must possess valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license and proof of insurance
    • Intermediate level knowledge of Yardi and MS Office
    • Understanding of TAL legislation an asset
    • Must be a self-starter with high degree of initiative, flexibility, and professionalism
    • Possess knowledge of health and safety practices
    • Available to work flexible hours (on-call for emergencies)
