We are looking for a passionate, dedicated leader to oversee one of our most premium clubs, the Platinum Club. With a fan base that changes nightly, the Platinum Club offers our most premium members a sophisticated area to enjoy exceptional food and unparalleled service.

  • Lead Platinum Club operations with full P&L accountability.
  • Build a culture of service and accountability through coaching, leadership & mentorship.
  • Showcase our venue to fans, internal and external partners.
  • Develop and implement business plans and strategies; prepare and manage operating budgets.
  • Work closely with MLSE Marketing, Global Partners, Consumer Products and Live Entertainment teams, helping to support their operational objectives and promotional initiatives.
  • Ensure appropriate sales tracking, inventory and accounting systems are in place and followed.
  • Apply expertise and a strategic outlook in developing and growing programs and events.
  • Build, handle and leverage client relationships and business partnerships.
  • Foster a \xe2\x80\x9cone team\xe2\x80\x9d approach while adhering to MLSE service standards and policies.
  • Perform other related duties as the need arises.
Qualifications

  • Extensive premium service experience as an Assistant General Manager or higher of Food & Beverage in a hotel, restaurant or events-based venue
  • A true multi-tasker and someone with experience in all facets of restaurant management including deep knowledge on classic service principles and customer service
  • Entrepreneurial skill set with a strong business acumen seek and drive revenue growth opportunities & experience in managing labour and COGS to forecasted revenue. An effective problem solver --- driven by collective success
  • Ability to improve and lead a positive, and innovative work environment with a history in successfully leading and developing a multi-disciplinary team
  • Demonstrated ability to build and develop professional relationships with customers and shown to perform well under pressure
  • Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent in Business or Hospitality
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required
  • Trained in WHMIS, Smart Serve, ServSafe, NFSTP or equivalent
  • Skilled knowledge of food, wine, beer and spirits
