Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations of the course and campground
- Manage and train a team of pro shop and back shop employees
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints or issues
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed -Provide assistance and information on tournaments/course memberships/ -Act as a liason with league heads to assist in course and league functions
- Handle cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in cash register transactions
- Assist with payroll management and scheduling of staff
- Collaborate with the General Manager to develop sales strategies and meet sales targets
- Participate in weekly director meetings and provide input on improving course/campground performance Skills:
- Golf management experience, preferably in a leadership role
- Strong retail management skills, including inventory control and merchandising
- club and apparel knowledge for sales related inquiries -online booking managment
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and cashiering duties - Smart Serve Certified
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers
and staff
