Key Responsibilities:

In this role you will operate and make minor repairs and adjustments to equipment, i.e. chain saws, brush cutters, lawn mowers, steam jenny, jackhammers, motorized snake, and sanders/grinders. You will perform cleaning, landscaping, loading and off-loading, industrial painting, garbage removal, and snow removal. You will assist trade workers and perform asbestos abatement and erect scaffolding as well as other semi-skilled and labour type tasks. You will operate all mobile equipment necessary in the performance of your duties and all other duties as assigned.







You will be responsible for your personal safety and that of co-workers by observing and promoting the Corporation's Safety and Health Program. You will be responsible for any environmental aspects of the job and performing work in an environmentally responsible manner.

What You'll Need:

You will have High School graduation and be capable of performing semi-skilled and labour type tasks. You will have completion of a certified scaffolding course, confined Space course, and elevated work platform and aerial bucket training. You shall have a thorough knowledge of all trade related safety and operating regulations and must possess an appropriate valid driver's licence which includes Class 2, Class 5, and Class 8 with Air Brake Endorsement.
