Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Construction Laborer to join our dynamic construction team. This role involves supporting various phases of construction projects, from site preparation to finishing touches. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience with construction-related tasks and tools is highly valued, but training will be provided for specific skills as needed.

Duties

Assist with site preparation, including clearing and leveling work areas Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and effectively Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to assist with project execution Perform concrete forming, finishing, and related masonry tasks Install flooring, tiles, cabinets, and other fixtures as directed Support carpentry activities such as framing and caulking Conduct electrical and plumbing installations or repairs under supervision Assist with restoration projects and construction painting as needed Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a secure work environment Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards

Skills

Knowledge of blueprint reading and schematics for various construction tasks Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation Experience in concrete forming, finishing, masonry, and tile laying Ability to perform carpentry, cabinet installation, flooring installation, and construction painting Familiarity with plumbing, electrical work, welding, and restoration processes is a plus Strong understanding of construction estimating principles is advantageous Ability to interpret technical drawings such as schematics and blueprints Excellent physical stamina for lifting heavy materials and working in demanding environments Good communication skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions Valid license or relevant certifications are preferred but not mandatory

Pay: $16.50-$28.95 per hour
