Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and organized

Fundraising Coordinator

to lead and support our fundraising efforts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in relationship-building, strategic planning, and community engagement.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement fundraising campaigns and donor engagement strategies Coordinate events, sponsorships, and outreach activities Manage donor database and CRM systems Prepare grant applications and funding proposals Collaborate with internal teams and external partners Track and report on fundraising performance metrics Support marketing and communications related to fundraising

Qualifications

Post-secondary education in Fundraising, Communications, Nonprofit Management, or related field

2 to 5 years of experience

in fundraising or donor relations Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and donor management software Ability to work independently and collaboratively Passion for affordable housing and community impact
