Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Early Childhood Educator (ECE) or an individual currently enrolled in an ECE program to join our team. This full-time position involves caring for children ages 4-7 in a nurturing, safe, and engaging environment. We are looking for someone committed to long-term employment, with the ability to contribute positively to our team and the children's development.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide care and supervision for children ages 4-7. Develop and implement age-appropriate programming and activities. Create a positive and inclusive learning environment. Monitor and assess children's development, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being. Maintain open communication with parents and other staff members.

Requirements:

Must be a qualified Early Childhood Educator (ECE) or currently enrolled in an ECE program. Previous experience working with children is required. A clean and valid criminal record check (Vulnerable Sector Check) is required. CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain before start date). Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to long-term employment.
