over 40 years in business

, our salon is a trusted name in the community, offering stylists a steady stream of walk-ins, a professional atmosphere, and the freedom to grow independently.

The ideal candidate is a

go-getter

with at least 4-5 years of experience, strong retail sales skills, and the ability to

work independently

.

Bringing your own clientele is highly preferred and will be rewarded.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver full-service hair care Haircuts, colour services (highlights, balayage, root/full colour, lowlights) Styling (blowouts, updos, bridal/event styles) Hair treatments (keratin smoothing, oil/scalp, deep conditioning) Maintain a clean and professional workstation, following hygiene and safety standards Provide personalized consultations and build strong, long-term client relationships Upsell and recommend salon products to enhance the client experience and drive retail revenue Handle basic front desk tasks and participate in content creation for salon's social media Stay current on trends and techniques in both traditional and extension-based hair services Hair Extensions: Installation, maintenance, and removal

What We're Looking For

Licensed hairstylist with 3-5 years of experience

Proven experience in hair styling with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills. Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with clients effectively. Retail sales experience is preferred to enhance upselling opportunities. Independent, reliable, and motivated to succeed.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
