Position Overview:
The Receptionist is the first point of contact for our customers and visitors, playing a critical role in creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere. This position supports the dealership by managing front desk operations, handling incoming calls, and providing administrative assistance to various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction:
Greet customers and visitors warmly and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.
Handle customer inquiries in person, over the phone, or via email with professionalism and courtesy.
Answer and route incoming calls promptly and accurately.
Administrative Support:
Assist with clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and processing customer documents.
Support the sales, accounting, parts and service teams by preparing and organizing necessary paperwork.
Showroom Maintenance:
Ensure the front desk and showroom areas are clean, organized, and stocked with marketing materials.
Other Duties:
Handle mail and package deliveries.
Assist with event preparation, such as sales promotions and customer appreciation days.
Qualifications:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with dealership management software.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
