Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Daycare Teacher to join our team and provide a nurturing and educational environment for young children. The ideal candidate will have experience in caregiving, classroom management, and early childhood education. The shift for this position is 845am-6pm Monday to Friday.

Duties

- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans
- Provide a safe and stimulating environment for children
- Supervise and interact with children during playtime and activities
- Monitor children's progress and communicate effectively with parents
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff

More duties such as cleaning, toileting, dressing, etc.

Requirements

Must have Level 2 or 3 certification and police check (within last 6 months)

- Previous experience working with children in a daycare or educational setting
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles
- Ability to educate and engage young learners effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 - 40 per week
