Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment in a fast-paced restaurant environment. This role is vital to ensuring smooth kitchen operations and providing excellent service to our guests. Prior restaurant or hospitality experience is a plus, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn and grow within the food service industry.

Duties

Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans promptly and efficiently Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and kitchen areas in accordance with health and safety standards Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including organizing supplies and basic food handling Support kitchen staff by ensuring all necessary dishes and utensils are available for food service Follow proper procedures for waste disposal and recycling Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency Comply with all food safety regulations and hotel or restaurant policies

Requirements

Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is preferred but not mandatory Knowledge of cleaning procedures, food handling, and basic kitchen operations is advantageous Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds as needed Willingness to follow safety guidelines and maintain high standards of cleanliness Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as required
