Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to join our team at Last Best Brewing & Distilling in Calgary. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen, contributing directly to our commitment to quality and service.

Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness of dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment. Ensure proper sanitation standards are upheld in the kitchen. Assist in food preparation as needed. Support kitchen staff by keeping work areas organized and clean. Operate dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently. Dispose of waste properly and assist with recycling efforts. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Follow all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a similar role or kitchen environment is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. Flexibility to assist with various tasks as needed.
