Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to join our team at Last Best Brewing & Distilling in Canada. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen, contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional dining experiences through locally sourced ingredients.

Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas, including dishwashing stations and food prep areas. Operate dishwashing equipment efficiently and safely. Assist in food preparation as needed to support kitchen staff. Ensure proper food handling and sanitation practices are followed. Collaborate with kitchen team members to maintain a smooth workflow. Dispose of waste and recyclables according to company standards. Restock supplies as necessary throughout shifts. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a similar role or within a kitchen environment is preferred.
Strong cleaning skills with attention to detail. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
