We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Duties

Clean and sanitize all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using appropriate cleaning methods. Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and work areas by following established sanitation procedures. Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including washing vegetables and preparing ingredients for cooking. Properly handle food items according to safety standards to prevent contamination. Support the kitchen staff by ensuring that clean dishes are readily available for use during service hours. Dispose of waste and maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy periods.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen setting is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals. Familiarity with food handling practices and sanitation standards is a plus. Experience in food preparation or cooking is advantageous for those looking to advance within the culinary field. A background in hospitality or hotel services can enhance your understanding of customer service expectations in a dining environment.
