Position Overview
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused
Front Staff
to support daily studio operations. This role is essential to ensuring that students, parents, and instructors have a positive and seamless experience. You will be the first point of contact in the school. Managing registrations, scheduling, payments, and general inquiries while following our Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service & Student Support
Greet students, parents, and visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment
Handle inquiries in person, by phone, email, and online
Support students and parents with registration, scheduling, and program information
Assist with resolving basic customer concerns and escalate issues when needed
Administrative & Operational Tasks
Follow daily opening, closing, and shift procedures as outlined in the SOP
Maintain studio cleanliness and readiness using established checklists
Manage attendance records and ensure instructor/student communication
Complete daily End-of-Day (EOD) reports
Sales & Payment Processing
Process POS transactions accurately
Record payments, issue invoices, and update customer accounts
Track product sales (books, instruments, accessories) when required
Qualifications
Required:
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask in a busy school environment
Basic computer proficiency and comfort with software tools
Professional, friendly, and reliable work ethic
Assets:
Experience in administrative, retail, receptionist, or customer service roles
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Products, Apps, and Services
Experience in education, music, or related fields
