Job Description

We are seeking friendly, reliable, and team-oriented individuals to join our front-of-house team. As a Front Staff member at Chai Pani, you will be responsible for customer service, order processing, cleanliness, and overall support in maintaining smooth QSR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and assist with orders, menu questions, and service needs Take orders accurately using the POS system and process payments Pack and hand out dine-in, takeout, and third-party delivery orders Keep the front counter, dining area, and beverage station clean and stocked Restock packaging, sauces, cutlery, and supplies as needed Manage incoming online orders (UberEats, DoorDash, etc.) Maintain washroom cleanliness and restock essentials throughout the shift Perform regular cleaning of front areas, dining furniture, drink station, and entryway Assist in daily closing duties and weekly deep cleaning (floors, walls, shelves, equipment surfaces) Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards Communicate effectively with kitchen and team members

Requirements:

Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure Prior experience in QSR or food service preferred Willingness to take ownership of cleaning and hygiene responsibilities Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Punctual, dependable, and professional in appearance and behavior
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.20-$18.00 per hour
