Now Hiring:

Cooks

Kitchen Helpers / Prep Staff

Front of House Staff (Cashier / Server)

Key Responsibilities:

Cooks:

Prepare and cook dosas, idlis, vadas, and other South Indian dishes Ensure consistency in food quality, presentation, and hygiene Manage kitchen equipment, inventory, and prep schedules Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards at all times

Kitchen Helpers:

Assist cooks with food prep (chopping, grinding, batter handling, etc.) Maintain kitchen cleanliness and assist in dishwashing when needed Organize storage areas and monitor inventory supplies

Front Staff:

Take customer orders (in person and/or POS system) Explain menu items clearly and offer suggestions when needed Ensure cleanliness of dining area and provide excellent customer service Handle billing, takeout, and packaging efficiently

Requirements:

Previous experience in a commercial kitchen is preferred

Applicants with experience making dosa in a commercial kitchen (not just at home) will be given priority

Basic understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety Strong teamwork and communication skills Reliable, punctual, and customer-service oriented Must be legally eligible to work in Country.
