Job Description

We are a clothing and promotional items wholesaler for sports and corporate clients. We provide customized uniforms, team apparel and accessories using methods such as silk screening, vinyl, direct-to-film (dtf), and embroidery. Our customers include schools, institutions, clubs, and many corporations, large and small. We pride ourselves on quality workmanship and always meeting the customers' needs on time. We enjoy tremendous job satisfaction by having built and continuing to build solid relationships with our customers. We are a closely knit team with a family type environment.

We are seeking an ambitious, organized and energetic Front Office Coordinator who will meet or exceed the needs of our customers. In addition to being a sports enthusiast, the ideal candidate is someone who has the ability to multitask while maintaining a very organized, reliable and efficient workflow meeting all quality standards and customer deadlines.

Responsibilities



Answering phone calls and redirecting as needed (will be main contact for incoming calls and new walk-in customers)

Receiving stock and allocate according to purchase orders

Managing the critical path of production through to final delivery to the customer

Redirecting products to appropriate vendors for customized dressing

Managing the coordination and communication among staff regarding all customer orders

Ensure the timely updating of the Google worksheet and knowledgeable of all current orders in production

Creating customer invoices and notifying customer of order completion

Processing customer payments

Keep showroom organized and tidy

Possible product pick-ups and drop-offs with vendors

Education/Experience



Knowledge and experience in a variety of sports

Knowledge and experience with computer systems

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities



Strong ability to plan and organize production schedules

Strong ability to efficiently forecast and plan resources required for customer orders

Strong organizational, critical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making skills

Strong skills in communication (verbal and written), customer service, conflict resolution, interpersonal interactions, and time management

Working knowledge and experience with Quickbooks and Google Workspace

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
