Total Restoration - Kamloops is looking for a

Project Administrator & Front Office Coordinator

who will be the welcoming face of our office and the steady hand supporting our Project Managers behind the scenes.

When disaster strikes, whether it's a flood, fire, or other emergency, we respond quickly and compassionately. You'll play a key role in coordinating projects and making sure clients feel supported from start to finish.

What You'll Do

Be the right-hand support for our Project Managers. Set up job files, assist with estimates, and help move projects from emergency/repair to invoicing. Coordinate schedules with trades, clients, and insurance representatives. Keep documentation accurate and deadlines on track. Contribute to a team that helps people rebuild their homes and restore their lives.

What We're Looking For

A can-do attitude and strong organizational skills. Excellent communication -- calm, clear, and professional, even under pressure. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel. Quick to learn and navigate job management software. Strong English (spoken and written). Must live in Kamloops or the surrounding area.
