Responsibilities
Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures in a courteous and professional manner.
Manage multi-line phone systems to handle inquiries efficiently.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and effectively.
Maintain accurate records through data entry and filing.
Support administrative tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, and organization.
Ensure the front desk area remains tidy and welcoming.
Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless guest experiences.
Uphold company standards for professionalism and hospitality.
Qualifications
1 year minimum of proven experience in front desk or customer service roles within the hospitality industry.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office, Cloudbeds, and data entry.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Friendly demeanor with strong phone etiquette.
Previous experience with multi-line phone systems is preferred.
