You'll help keep our front-of-house operations flowing smoothly, while embodying our values of community, compassion, and curiosity.
Responsibilities
Greet families, students, and visitors with kindness and professionalism.
Manage class check-ins, registrations, and retail transactions through our booking system.
Support communication with families (emails, phone calls, messages).
Maintain a tidy, welcoming studio and retail area.
Assist with events, programs, and occasional community initiatives.
Provide general administrative support to Wymbin's leadership and teaching team.
Uphold Wymbin's values and approach in all interactions -- fostering warmth, inclusion, and respect.
You Are Someone Who...
Has excellent communication and organizational skills.
Is reliable, adaptable, and enjoys working in a people-centered environment.

Has an eye for detail and enjoys creating order and flow.
Is passionate about community, mindfulness, and working with children and families.
Has basic computer and administrative skills (experience with booking or POS systems is a plus).
