We're looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a

Social Media Manager & Spa Operations Assistant

. This hands-on role combines digital content creation with cleaning duties to ensure our spa remains both visually appealing online and spotless in person. If you're passionate about the beauty and wellness industry, social media, and love keeping things clean and organized, this could be the perfect fit for you.

Work Schedule

Newmarket Location

Tuesdays & Wednesdays

: 9:45 AM to close (typically 7:00 PM, sometimes until 9:00 PM)

Vaughan Location

Fridays & Saturdays

: 10:45 AM - 5:00 PM ( typically 4pm -close)

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

Create and post daily content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok Plan, shoot, and edit engaging reels and stories Respond to comments and messages Assist with promotional campaigns and influencer partnerships

Spa Operations & Cleanliness

Sweep, mop, disinfect surfaces, and maintain a spotless environment Keep restrooms and common areas clean and stocked Take out garbage and restock supplies Ensure the spa remains welcoming and professional at all times

Customer Service Support

Greet clients and assist with check-in/check-out when needed cashing out clients Help maintain an efficient flow of appointments dealing with customer complaints and inquiries Provide friendly, helpful service that aligns with our brand

What We're Looking For

Strong communication and customer service skills Confidence with Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok (posting, reels, trends) Willingness to take initiative and keep the spa looking its best Self-motivated, organized, and dependable Interest in beauty, skincare, or wellness a plus
Job Types: Part-time, Casual, Internship / Co-op

Pay: From $17.20 per hour

Schedule:

4 hour shift Monday to Friday Weekends as needed
Work Location: In person
