The Front Desk / Footcare Coordinator is a highly organized and personable team member who is the first point of contact for ALC's clients and visitors while ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
Post secondary school diploma in Office Administration or an equivalent in experience in an office setting dealing with the public
Receptionist experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, data base programs
Experience in handling of cash and/or debit transactions
Data entry experience
General clerical duties
Social media/promotional knowledge is an asset

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and maintain all front desk and Footcare operations of ALC
Maintain Footcare record management and documentation
Schedule Footcare nurses and clients
Daily cash handling with POS systems and debit machines
Recruitment of memberships and Footcare clients within the Health Care community
Greet all members, non-members, participants upon arrival and conduct facility tours to promote the Center
Answer all incoming calls and communicate with all departments and front desk volunteers
Create posters and promote throughout the Centre and to the public
May be asked to assist with fundraisers - some weekend work as required
HOURS OF WORK
Full time, permanent
Some evening and weekend work as required.
REPORTING STRUCTURE
Reports directly to the Executive Director
Indirectly to the Office Manager
