We are seeking a friendly and efficient Server/Cashier to join our team. Bilingual abilities and experience with retail or food service are highly valued.

Duties

Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, utilizing systems and cash handling procedures Process payments, issue receipts, and handle cash, credit, or digital transactions with professionalism Provide product demos and upsell items to enhance customer experience and sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier station and dining area Assist customers with inquiries, product recommendations, and general assistance Manage time effectively to serve multiple customers promptly during busy periods Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling calls or reservations Support merchandising efforts by restocking supplies and ensuring displays are attractive Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations throughout shifts

Qualifications

Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or food service preferred but not required Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities such as Mandarin or Cantonee are a plus Proficiency with POS systems, cash handling, and basic math skills Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent organizational skills and time management capabilities Friendly demeanor with strong phone etiquette and customer service orientation Ability to perform product demos and engage customers effectively Knowledge of merchandising techniques is advantageous Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including weekends if needed
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00-$23.00 per hour
