What You'll Do:

As a Client Care Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our patients and a key player in ensuring smooth clinic operations. Your day will include:

Greeting and assisting patients with warmth and professionalism Scheduling appointments and managing patient records Supporting therapists with treatment setups and patient care Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment Assisting with billing, inventory, and administrative tasks
