Your exceptional communication skills will be vital in liaising with physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care. Additionally, you will handle phone calls, manage patient files, and maintain the reception area in an organized manner.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin is an asset Proficiency in basic computer applications and appointment scheduling software. Ability to multitask and handle a busy clinic environment with poise. A compassionate and empathetic approach to patient interactions.
