MM PHYSIO, a trusted multidisciplinary physiotherapy and rehabilitation clinic, is seeking a friendly and organized

Front Desk Receptionist

to join our growing team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer service, managing appointments, and supporting day-to-day clinic operations in a professional, patient-focused environment.

Duties:

Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a warm, professional manner Answer incoming phone calls and emails, following proper phone etiquette and ensuring clear communication Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments in an organized calendar system Handle patient inquiries and provide helpful, supportive customer service Maintain accurate patient files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations Assist with administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and proofreading documents Coordinate with physiotherapists, massage therapists, and chiropractors to ensure a seamless patient flow Keep the front desk area tidy, organized, and welcoming at all times

Requirements:

Proven experience in a customer service or front desk role, ideally within a healthcare, physiotherapy, or dental setting Proficiency with phone systems, office equipment, and basic scheduling software Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for recordkeeping and file management Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask in a busy clinic while maintaining a positive, patient-centered attitude Familiarity with basic proofreading techniques and efficient data entry High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education an asset)
