Seeking an Enthusiastic, Courteous & Ethical professional to assist in our administrative aspects of patient care at this medical and cosmetic dermatology clinic in Toronto. This individual will work alongside the Front Desk Receptionist, with oversight by our Clinic Coordinator, to be responsible for the administrative aspects of the medical and cosmetic realms of the practice. This individual will be one of the first faces of the clinic and is key to its smooth operation and efficient flow of patients.

General Qualifications:
1+ years experience in a medical office, receptionist environment including patient and client front-facing relations. Preference will be given to those with Dermatology clinic experience
Prior experience in front-facing customer service roles an asset
Familiarity operating electronic medical records (Accuro familiarity an asset)
Familiarity in operation of 3rd party payment systems (Clover familiarity an asset)
Proficient in Microsoft Word/ Google Docs, Microsoft Excel/ Google Spreadsheet and G-Suite
Post-secondary degree or Medical Office Assistant Certificate from an accredited educational facility
Front Desk & Administrative Duties including, but not limited to:
Answer phone calls with courtesy and correctly addressing patients' phone queries
Maintain clinic email account and address email queries from patients and prospective patients
Complete appointment bookings via phone, email, e-fax requests
Provide appointment confirmations to patients (experience with Ocean Forms an Asset)
Verify patient contact and health card information for correct entry into the EMR
Support clinic staff including Dermatologist (e.g. stocking room supplies, reviewing appointment schedule, tidying exam room after a clinic appointment)
Obtain test results and documents to facilitate patient care when needed (including biopsy reports; referral consultation letters, imaging results)
Support high quality daily operations for dermatologist, reception staff, medical aesthetician, nurse(s)
Perform daily operations as per the DermAtelier on Avenue office practice manual
Run Sterilizer & Dishwasher & in-house Laundry when required
Providing support to patient questions re: clinic retail products
