We are looking for a full-time receptionist to join our team!   • Prepare front desk for the day with opening procedures, and follow closing procedures.
  • Take incoming calls and transfer them to the appropriate staff.
  • Page sales people when we receive phone messages, mail, faxes, keys, cheques, and documents for them. Place all items received for them in their folders.
  • Politely greet and assist walk-in clients and all callers.
  • Prepare key acknowledgment forms for all keys coming in and out of front desk.
  • Receive and send out mail/packages through courier service.
  • Handle the traffic of our showing keys. Ensure all are returned by end of day.
  • Book and confirm/non-confirm showing appointments, corresponding with both the unit occupants and outside realty offices.
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Must be available to work some evenings and weekends
  • Candidates must be able to work the below set schedule:
Tuesday-Wednesdays: 10:30am-7:00pm
Thursday-Fridays: 8:45am-5:15pm
Saturdays: 9:45am-5:00pm
  • Excellent communication skills (Both verbal and written)
  • Minimum High School Education or Equivalent
  • Prior Experience in Real Estate Field is an asset
  • Ability to Multi-Task
  • Organization Skills & Time Management Skills
  • Prior Customer Service Experience/Dealing with Customers
Job Type: Full-time Salary: $40,000.00-$41,000.00 per year Benefits:

  • Secondary School (preferred)
