Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct incoming calls; manage voicemail and client inquiries.
Welcome clients and visitors to the office; manage reception area.
Coordinate and assign new leads to caseworkers and legal staff.
Schedule appointments, track follow-ups, and maintain client communication.
Perform general office administration (emails, filing, document management, mail, etc.).
Support day-to-day operations and assist the management team as needed.

Requirements:
Fluent in English and Farsi (spoken and written) - required.
Minimum 1 year of relevant Canadian work experience (law office or professional setting preferred).
Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel); experience with CRM or law firm software is an asset.
Positive attitude, reliability, and professionalism.

Pay: $18.10-$24.28 per hour
Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
