Warmly greet and assist guests in a professional and welcoming manner
Answer and route phone calls promptly and courteously
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, emails, and packages
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
Provide administrative support such as filing, data entry, and document management
Schedule and manage appointments using booking software; respond to inquiries as needed
Address basic customer service questions and provide support to clients and visitors
Work on weekdays (5-10:15pm) or weekend (Sat 5-10:45pm , Sun 3-9:15pm)
Experience & Skills
Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, etc.)
Prior experience in front desk or reception operations
Strong data entry and organizational skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and call management
