Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Manager to join our team in Brossard. This role is essential in ensuring that our guests receive top-notch service, contributing significantly to our mission of hospitality excellence.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily front desk operations to ensure efficient guest check-in and check-out processes. Manage and train front desk staff, fostering a positive team environment. Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels. Implement and uphold hotel policies and procedures for front desk operations. Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest experience. Monitor room availability and manage reservations effectively. Prepare reports on front desk performance metrics for management review. Maintain a professional demeanor while representing the hotel.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry. Strong bilingual communication skills (English and French ). Excellent customer service orientation with a focus on guest satisfaction. Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in team management.
