We're searching for a professional, guest-focused Front Desk Manager to lead our front office team and deliver exceptional experiences from check-in to farewell. Your leadership will help craft a warm, inviting, and seamless guest experience reflective of Claramount's unique blend of history and modern luxury.

What You'll Do:

Oversee the daily operations of the front desk and guest services team. Lead, coach, and develop front desk staff to ensure personalized, attentive service. Ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures, handling special requests with care. Manage hotel reservations, guest accounts, billing, and daily reporting. Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns with professionalism and warmth. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction. Uphold Claramount's standards of hospitality, service, and presentation. Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of front office employees. Represent Claramount Club's values of community, authenticity, and attention to detail.

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in hotel front desk or guest services management. Strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Professional, polished, and approachable demeanor. Tech-savvy with experience using hotel property management systems (PMS). Calm and solutions-oriented under pressure. Ability to foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for guests and staff.
