Do you have what it takes?
Previous reception, front of house or concierge experience (Required)
Previous experience as a Medical Aesthetician Industry
Proficiency in Windows Office, Windows Publisher, Mspa and EMR
Retail Experience (beneficial)
Outstanding communication and client rapport (Required)
Possess a professional demeanor, polished and poised in appearance
Strong Administrative skills
Outgoing and welcoming persona
Responsibilities:
Provide five-star holistic, ethical, and integral care to our dedicated patients, be the welcoming face of the clinic.
Manage the patient registration process, loyalty programs, and Patient management system.
Billing and Invoice management.
Maintain patient flow and wait for room management.
Goods inwards and delivery.
Effect the use of a variety of communication platforms and software.
Work effectively both independently and in teams.
Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality.
