We are seeking a dedicated and professional Concierge(Part-Time with possibility of full-time in the future) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A multilingual background is preferred to cater to our diverse clientele.
Duties
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide assistance with check-in and check-out processes.
Manage front desk operations, including handling phone systems and maintaining accurate guest records.
Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, ensuring high standards of guest services.
Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and hotel amenities.
Assist with reservations for transportation, dining, and entertainment as needed.
Handle guest complaints with professionalism and resolve issues efficiently.
Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Requirements
Previous experience in front desk operations or guest services is highly desirable.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality.
Proficiency in phone etiquette and handling various phone systems.
Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are a plus to enhance communication with guests from diverse backgrounds.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
