We are seeking experienced Front Desk Agents to join our talented, friendly teams at two beautifully landscaped, family-owned, mid-sized hotels.
Key responsibilities:
Be friendly, welcoming & ensure guests receive a positive first and last impression.
Create and modify guest reservations.
Enter booking details accurately in our reservation system.
Complete check-ins and check-outs.
Complete daily projects and communications to ensure organized operations.
Coordinate room status updates with the housekeeping & maintenance.
Complete daily checklists and tasks to maintain organization at the front desk.
Complete management reports, department projects, and other tasks as requested.
Assist with making coffee and setting up breakfast rooms during slow times of year, staff shortages, and as requested.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Previous front desk, or similar experience, a monster advantage for you!
Punctual, reliable, team player with customer-service oriented personality.
Friendly and professional personality.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Software in particular Excel.
Able to work evening shifts (3pm to 11pm) including weekends and holidays.
Job Details:
Permanent, full-time.
Wages $18.00 - $20 DOE
Mostly evening shifts: 3pm to 11pm.
Possible day shifts: 7am to 3pm.
