JOB DESCRIPTION
We are currently seeking a highly organized and personable Front-Desk Administrator to join our team. This is a permanent, part-time position. The ideal candidate will be the welcoming face to our school, delivering outstanding customer service and reception support while managing general administrative duties. In addition, the role includes involvement in our marketing initiatives and coordination of social media content.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet students, parents, and visitors with a friendly, professional attitude
Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries regarding lessons, schedules, and programs
Support teachers and management with administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations
Assist with marketing activities, including promoting events and managing the school's social media pages
Maintain an organized and welcoming front desk and reception area
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 2 years of administrative or front-desk experience, ideally in an educational or arts environment
Warm, approachable, and professional communication skills (in person, by phone, and via email)
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy, creative environment
Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and priorities
Experience with coordinating organizational social media accounts
Passion for music or the arts
