We are a real estate service company located in Richmond Hill (Leslie and 16th Ave) that mainly focus in buying and selling resale homes in greater Toronto area. We are looking for individuals that are energetic and well organized to manage the front desk and also some office administrative task. Must be fluent in spoken and written English. Cantonese or Mandarin speaking is considered an asset.
Job Duties:
Manage the front reception and greet visitors
Answering phone calls
Booking and Scheduling showing appointments
Replying to email inquiries promptly
Paperwork, filing, emailing
Data entry
Input listings to MLS, upload photos, process listing documents etc
Booking and scheduling photoshoot appointments
Front desk administrative work
Assisting agents with administrative tasks
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
Richmond Hill, ON L4B 3K7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
Secondary School (preferred)
