Job Overview


We are seeking a highly organized and personable Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth gym operations.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and administrative skills, excellent people skills with a natural ability to connect with clients, confidence in sales and communication, a genuine passion for fitness, and a proactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities



Front Desk Operations

- Greet and check in clients, handle inquiries, and provide outstanding customer service

Sales & Membership Support

- Confidently discuss training options, assist with membership sign-ups, and provide guidance on gym services

Client Engagement & Retention

- Build strong relationships with members, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued

Administrative Duties

- Manage bookings, process payments, and maintain accurate records

Social Media & Marketing Support

- Assist in creating content, posting updates, and engaging with the gym's online community

General Gym Upkeep

- Ensure the front-end space is tidy, organized, and aligned with the gym's high standards

Qualifications



Sales experience required

- must be confident in speaking about services and guiding potential clients toward the best membership option

Some knowledge of health, fitness, and wellness

- must understand the basics of training and gym culture Proven clerical or administrative experience Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills for handling inquiries Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail for proofreading documents and managing records accurately Prior experience with front desk operations or administrative support roles preferred

Availability for evenings and weekends is required

- this is a key requirement for the role. The ideal candidate will be available to work two weekday evenings, one weekday morning, and every Saturday.
