Overview


We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support in the office setting. This role requires strong organizational and communicational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Native in English, fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese is a asset.

Duties

:

1.

Customer Service & Communication:



Greet and welcome visitors, students, and parents in a friendly, professional manner. Answer phone calls, emails, and other inquiries regarding courses, schedules, and general information. Provide information about programs, services, policies, and fees. Assist in resolving any student or parent concerns and redirect to appropriate staff if necessary. Maintain a positive, welcoming environment for students, parents, and staff.
2.

Administrative Support:



Maintain and update student records, enrollment forms, and contact information. Manage and schedule appointments or consultations with staff or instructors. Organize and maintain files, documents, and learning materials. Prepare and distribute any relevant documentation, such as class schedules, handouts, and student progress reports. Assist with registration, onboarding new students, and handling payments.
3.

Scheduling & Coordination:



Coordinate and manage class schedules, ensuring there are no conflicts. Help with room bookings for classes or events. Track attendance and follow up with students who miss classes or assignments. Coordinate and assist with workshops, seminars, or any extracurricular events.
4.

Data Entry & Reporting:



Input student information into a database or learning management system (LMS). Generate attendance records, grades, and other reports as requested by management. Help with any data collection related to assessments or student progress.
5.

Supplies & Facility Management:



Monitor inventory of office supplies, learning materials, and equipment, ordering more as needed. Ensure the front desk and common areas are tidy and organized. Assist with opening or closing the center, including locking doors, turning off equipment, etc. Ensure that all health and safety protocols are followed in the center.
6.

Communication with Staff and Faculty:



Act as a liaison between students, parents, and educators. Relay important messages and updates to teachers or administrators. Schedule meetings or coordinate communication for staff.
7.

Support for Marketing & Outreach:



Help with the promotion of upcoming programs, courses, or events. Assist with social media posts, flyers, or other promotional materials. Collect feedback from students and parents on their experiences for improvement.
8.

Other Duties as Assigned:



Depending on the specific needs of the center, you may be asked to take on other tasks such as assisting with tech support, helping with student assessments, or preparing materials for upcoming lessons or events.
