What You'll Do:
Order entry, invoicing, A/P & A/R
Customer service support
Month-end reporting, GST filings, bank reconciliations
Financial & operational report creation
General office administration
What We're Looking For:
Strong knowledge of QuickBooks
(hands-on experience required)
Bookkeeping or accounting background
Organized, accurate, and able to multitask in a busy environment
Independent problem solver with strong communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Proficient in QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
Excellent computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records.
Background in clerical work or administrative roles is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on phone etiquette and client interaction.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
