Robin\xe2\x80\x99s Donuts has an immediate opening for full and part time counter attendant in Souris, PEI location. Applicants must be located in the Souris or surrounding area.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Hospitality
\xef\x82\xb7 Demonstrates a passion for customer service
\xef\x82\xb7 Responds to customers in a friendly manner with an appropriate sense of
urgency
\xef\x82\xb7 Resolves customer concerns and complaints in a friendly manner
\xef\x82\xb7 Keeps the front counter/drive thru area clean, organized, stocked and
ready for rush periods
Operations
\xef\x82\xb7 Always follows Robin\xe2\x80\x99s Donuts standards and guidelines when preparing
product for our customers
\xef\x82\xb7 Always records coffee times on the pots, and discards expired coffee
\xef\x82\xb7 Prepares orders as requested and ensures accuracy of each order
received
\xef\x82\xb7 Supports a clean working environment
\xef\x82\xb7 Follows proper cash procedures
\xef\x82\xb7 Other duties as required
QUALIFICATIONS:
\xef\x82\xb7 Previous experience in a customer service role is an asset
\xef\x82\xb7 Reliability and ability to work flexible hours
\xef\x82\xb7 Strong communication and interpersonal skills
\xef\x82\xb7 Ability to adhere to policies/procedures
\xef\x82\xb7 Able to operate effectively as part of a team in a fast paced environment
