Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Counter Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer service and a keen ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. As a Counter Attendant, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive experience for our customers by assisting with food preparation, handling transactions, and maintaining cleanliness in the service area.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and offer food samples willingly. Take orders and process payments accurately. Prepare food items and drinks safely and efficiently. Manage mobile orders and package take-out orders by fallowing receipts. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the counter area, all surfaces, and kitchen equipment.
While you are working at the front counter, you are a part of Kung Pao Wok team that works together to provide an excellent costumer experience.

Requirements

6+ months experience required. Previous experience in customer service or food handling is preferred. Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in food preparation areas. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
