En quoi consiste l\xe2\x80\x99opportunit\xc3\xa9 d\xe2\x80\x99emploi ? Dans un environnement hors-centre d\xe2\x80\x99appel, en tant qu\xe2\x80\x99agent \xc3\xa0 la fraude, vous aidez l\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9quipe de gestion des op\xc3\xa9rations frauduleuses du secteur d\xe2\x80\x99Op\xc3\xa9rations bancaires canadiennes \xc3\xa0 prot\xc3\xa9ger les int\xc3\xa9r\xc3\xaats des actionnaires en minimisant les pertes dues \xc3\xa0 la fraude. Vous serez donc responsable de l\xe2\x80\x99analyse et des enqu\xc3\xaates sur les applications de cr\xc3\xa9dit reli\xc3\xa9s aux pr\xc3\xaats d\xe2\x80\x99hypoth\xc3\xa8que, d\xe2\x80\x99auto et de marge de cr\xc3\xa9dit afin que l\'impact et l\'exp\xc3\xa9rience n\xc3\xa9gatifs des clients et ainsi que les risques/pertes op\xc3\xa9rationnels soient minimis\xc3\xa9s. Quelles seront vos t\xc3\xa2ches ?

  • Analyser et att\xc3\xa9nuer les risques li\xc3\xa9s aux applications de cr\xc3\xa9dit et aux alertes des pr\xc3\xaats
  • Effectuer les appels sortants pour la v\xc3\xa9rification des dossiers re\xc3\xa7us.
  • Utiliser les capacit\xc3\xa9s analytiques pour d\xc3\xa9tecter les risques de fraude et prendre des mesures appropri\xc3\xa9es concernant les applications frauduleuses potentielles.
  • Enregistrer et envoyer tous les fichiers suspects au Service Central des Enqu\xc3\xaates
De quoi avez-vous besoin pour r\xc3\xa9ussir ? Exigences
  • Un minimum de 12 mois de service \xc3\xa0 la client\xc3\xa8le, de pr\xc3\xa9f\xc3\xa9rence dans un environnement li\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 la fraude.
  • Capacit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 prendre une charge de travail et de travailler sous pression, en priorisant plusieurs t\xc3\xa2ches simultan\xc3\xa9ment tout en vous engagent \xc3\xa0 offrir une exp\xc3\xa9rience client hors-pair.
  • Comp\xc3\xa9tences en communication interpersonnelle et en r\xc3\xa9solution de probl\xc3\xa8mes ;
  • \xc3\x8atre Bilingue en Fran\xc3\xa7ais et en Anglais, le titulaire de ce poste doit parler couramment l\xe2\x80\x99anglais afin de servir la client\xc3\xa8le anglophone de la collectivit\xc3\xa9
  • Horaire de lundi \xc3\xa0 samedi de 8h \xc3\xa0 20h

In a non-call center environment, you will support the Canadian Banking Operations fraud management team in protecting shareholder\xe2\x80\x99s interest by minimizing fraud losses. You will review and investigate Credit fraud alerts for Mortgage, RCL and Car Loan applications ensuring operational risk/loss is mitigated and negative client impact and experience is kept to a minimum. What will you do?
  • Use in-depth fraud understanding to Investigate fraud alerts on loan applications
  • Review notes and pertinent application details
  • Review NDB alerts and update notifications accordingly
  • Perform outbound calls to validate application details
  • Record and refer all suspicious files to CIS for review
What you need to succeed? Must- have:
  • At least 12 months experience in client service or fraud related environment
  • Bilingual in French and English at a professional level in both languages, as this role requires fluency in French and English in order to serve our clients in the community with English speaking needs
  • Ability to handle with confidence a high workload environment, while prioritizing and multitasking with a commitment to delivering superior client experience
  • Proven interpersonal communication and problem resolution skills
  • Able to work a set shift of 8:00am to 8:00pm Monday to Saturday
Nice-to-have:
  • Mortgage related Fraud experience
  • Citadel, Casper, Linx, EIM, Camps, IRIS, Synergy
  • Able to navigate between multiple windows-based applications systems
