Part Time Bilingual Fraud Agent Evenings Weekend

Our team is currently recruiting for a part time bilingual customer service agent who will be responsible for taking inbound calls regarding fraud reports. Want to know more? Read on below!

Salary: between $20.51 and $23.08 per hour depending on experience
Schedule: part time: evening shift Saturday and Sunday from 3h00 to 11H00.
Location: one week training (first day of training at the office on Rene Levesques Boulevard in Montreal), then working from home
Contract: 2 months, with possibility of extension
Start date: October 3th 2022

Responsibilities
The responsibilities for the Bilingual Customer Service Agent job are:

- Take incoming calls from customers who wish to report fraud (debit card, credit card, E-tranfert, etc.)
- Ask security questions to the customer in order to properly identify them;
- Take action while following the given procedures;

Qualifications
The qualifications required for the position of Bilingual Customer Service Agent are:

- Bilingual (French and English);
- Excellent listening skills to ensure a good understanding of the situation;
- Be empathetic, know how to reassure customers when needed;
- Have a good analytical mind;
- Have experience in customer service (face to face or on the phone);
- Have a DEC;
- Have the desire to help people in a positive and pleasant manner.

Summary
Salary: between $20.51 and $23.08 per hour depending on experience
Schedule: you must be available to work Saturday and Sunday between 3h00 to 11h00.
Location: one week training (first day of training at the office on Rene Levesques Boulevard in Montreal), then working from home
Contract: 2 month, with possibility of extension
Start date: October 3th 2022
