Paystone is seeking a Part-Time Field Support Agent to join our team in Grande Prairie and surrounding areas. As a Field Support Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our payment solutions for our valued clients.
Your Job
As a Field Support Agent, you will be responsible for attending support service calls, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and replacing equipment as needed. You will also be responsible for managing a small parts inventory and ensuring the company records are kept up to date. This includes tracking, testing parts, and tagging parts requiring repairs. Additionally, collaboration with vendors and suppliers will be required to ensure all operations meet expectations.
