328 Taphouse + Grill is Hiring !! We are looking for an experienced Hands On General Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate must be passionate about food and drink, and possess a good knowledge of craft beer, spirits and current trends in food. This position requires an individual who is a proficient trainer and team builder, who takes pride and ownership in their craft. Can communicate fluidly with team members and guests. We are looking for someone with a high attention to detail and that will help promote the positive work environment that we are proud of!
