About Us
Biotecture Inc. is an emerging multidisciplinary company working at the intersection of socially responsible architecture, land stewardship, innovation, and strategic foresight. We advance justice-oriented, sustainability-driven work in partnership with communities and institutions, with a particular focus on equity-deserving and historically marginalized groups.
As a founder-led company in an early but intentional growth phase, we value clarity, care, and systems that support long-term resilience.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced and intrinsically motivated Fractional Operations Coordinator to support our busy Founder & CEO across multiple business ventures and federal, provincial, and municipal governance roles.
This role is best suited for someone who excels at execution, organization, and follow-through, and who would enjoy supporting a values-driven leader across both professional and personal logistics. We are looking for someone who understands that support roles are about reducing friction. This role requires follow-through and anticipatory support -- you close loops, surface information at the right time, and minimize the need for follow-up.
