Job Description


In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving financial planning and analysis activities, supporting the organization\'s strategic decision-making process, and ensuring the financial success of our real estate projects. A CPA designation, preferably with a background in public accounting, is highly preferred.

Financial Planning and Analysis: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and manage the financial planning and analysis process for our real estate projects. This includes budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to provide accurate and timely financial insights.

Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain complex financial models to evaluate investment opportunities, cash flow projections, and scenario analysis. Provide recommendations to optimize financial performance and mitigate risks in alignment with organizational objectives.

Reporting and Presentations: Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics, to senior management. Communicate financial analysis findings effectively, supporting decision-making and driving business growth.

Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process, working closely with project teams and department heads to develop realistic and achievable financial plans. Monitor performance against budget, identify areas of improvement, and provide recommendations for corrective actions.

Financial Strategy: Assist in the formulation and execution of financial strategies to maximize returns on real estate investments. Conduct financial analysis, market research, and feasibility studies to support investment decisions and identify potential opportunities.

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA designation is highly preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within the real estate industry.
  • Strong background in public accounting, with a solid understanding of financial reporting standards and regulations.
  • Proven experience in developing and maintaining financial models, conducting financial analysis, and preparing reports for senior management.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial software and MS Excel; knowledge of real estate software and ERP systems is a plus.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
