We offer high quality leads from our listings and past clients and sphere along with some higher quality on line leads. Our team provides our clients with exceptional customer service and foster the relationships along the way to not only retain great current and future business but also foster an environment you can feel proud to be a part of. COMPENSATION: Conservatively You Can Earn $100,000 + in your first 12 months with no previous sales experience, significantly more if you are an already established agent, if you are coachable, and follow and implement the advice and guidance offered. We provide high quality leads and contacts.

• We provide personal training for how to convert the leads to deals.
• Learn the critical skill of how to spend your time with motivated buyers
• We elevate your sales skills and accelerate your conversion through our training and guidance
• We hold you accountable to a successful daily schedule that you create that focuses on income producing activities
• You will quickly learn the market and the inventory to become a market expert
• You will grow both personally and professionally

Qualifications for a Real Estate Agent

• Current Real Estate license
• Current Drivers license
• Possess a "whatever it takes" approach to work
• See the Positive Side of every circumstance
• Must be Highly Coachable, Open and Genuine
• Enjoy and want to be a team player
• Driven for personal succeed through helping others

• 5-6 days / week which includes most weekends.
